SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are typically fulfilled within 1-3 business days of being placed.
Shipping Time Once your order has been fulfilled, delivery takes between 8-12 business days on average. Please keep this in mind when ordering, especially around holidays when carrier delays may occur.
Total Delivery Estimate From the day you place your order, you can expect your NestDesk to arrive within 9-15 business days in most cases.
Tracking Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Locations We currently ship within the United States only.
Delays While we do our best to get every order to you as quickly as possible, NestDesk is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside of our control. If your package is significantly delayed, reach out to us and we will do everything we can to help.
Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us at shopnestdesk@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with you to resolve it.
