REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
We want you to love your NestDesk. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Valid Reasons for a Return We accept returns for the following reasons:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The item is not functioning as described
- You received the wrong item
- The item does not meet your expectations within the 30-day window
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, contact us at shopnestdesk@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are returned outside the 30-day window will not be eligible for a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived broken or defective, contact us immediately at shopnestdesk@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We will make it right.
